We require anyone visiting our school to check in with the office and receive a visitor’s badge. If you are on campus and you do not have a clearly visible identification badge, please do not be offended if a staff member directs you back to the office. Another safety measure requires a Photo ID when checking your student out of school during the school day. Again, we ask for your cooperation in this initiative to keep students safe.
Please enter the front doors because all other doors are locked. In any emergency we need to know who is in the building for their safety.

Dear Parents,
We had such a successful Sharpen the Saw 5K and fun run. It was exciting to see how many people turned out for this great family event. A special thank you to our wonderful sponsors: H&S Performance, Maverik, Rescue Alert Dixie, Academy Mortgage Corporation, Sunset Dental, Lin’s, Basila’s, Blackburn Associates, Arctic Circle, Eagle Tire, Costa Vida, Play it Again Sports, Madsen’s Printhouse, Pizza Pasta Factory Express, and Simister Orthodontics. These great sponsors helped cover costs and as a school we raised $1500 for our Leader in Me program.
The overall winners of the 5K were: Jeramie Thompson, Carson Barber, and Austin Anderson for the male division, and Rebecca Jaussi, Lisa Christensen, and Lorna Anderson for the female division. Congratulations!
Our end of level testing is coming right up. Please make sure your students are at school and on time every day as this time is critical to the success of your children.Much of class time is set reviewing crucial content and preparing your students to be successful in achieving their goals. Just as important as attendance, please make sure your children are getting enough sleep and eating healthy foods so their mind is sharp and clear.
There are many programs and events that will be happening throughout the end of the school year. Please check our school website often at cces.washk12.org, the calendar is up-to-date. You can also “like” us on Facebook to see what is coming up and pictures of assemblies and classroom events.
